Little robin red breast goes skiing
Made by a man who learned to cook from his blind mother. She taught him how to navigate a plate via her sense of smell, touch and taste. Sighted, he has added a 4th dimension of visual beauty. Picture from my 36th birthday celebration at Monachyle MHOR Hotel; a really special day. Loving the puy lentil beak, lentil and vegetable crest and two-beetroot body: roasted breast, blanched wing. What a wonderful blend of culinary and artistic skill! Can you guess the rest?

You look amazing bedecked in all your finery.Who would want to eat such a beautiful work of art. The artist would be so thrilled that one of his masterpieces is on show to the world. Give him a view of his skill !
I admired. And then I ate him all up! :-))
